The Marshes Phase II

imageNow available for rent, our latest project, "The Marshes - Phase II" is also located in West Chezzetcook within the same development proximity of the Marshes - Phase I. Similar to the concept of The Marshes - Phase I, we developed a four-unit building. This project has the same amenities as Phase I and is designed for the residents to enjoy the spectacular vista overlooking the marshes of Chezzetcook Inlet and the open ocean, as well as the wildlife such as geese, ducks, and pheasants.

Just 3 kms. from The Porter's Lake Shopping Centre, The Marshes is close to amenities and is only 15 minutes to Dartmouth, 25 minutes to Halifax, and a short walking distance to a bus route. You will also be able to enjoy the beaches close by in Seaforth and Lawrencetown

The units have heat pumps as the main source of heat which will give you air conditioning for the summer.  Five stainless appliances, security systems, vaulted ceilings, custom window coverings, and Tech ready wiring (which will provide all the wiring for any electronic device and the wireless network) will be all set up.

The ground maintenance will be maintained by us with regards to snow removal and lawn care.

Upon completion of our recent four-unit building – “The Marshes II” – we completely furnished one of the units and are offering an executive short term/long term rental accommodation. Porter's Lake

The community of Porter's Lake with approximately 4500 residents has become one of the fastest growing communities in the Halifax Regional Municipality.  Do all your shopping as well as other essential appointments only 5 minutes away from "The Marshes" and approximately 10 minutes from "Gaetz Place"

Porter's Lake has a major supermarket, a major coffee shop, as well as service stations, pub, spa, hardware store, post office, other food outlets.  Also, major banking, veterinary hospital, community centre and dental and medical clinics.  A new elementary school was opened in September 2011.
